A Lissa Update

Got a picture today of Lissa in her new foster home.

 That's her with her brother Ian and her new foster dad Michael.  She still has a bit of a fearful look in her eyes but Michael says she is relaxing more each day.  Lissa is still afraid to go outside but it is easier on her when the other Greyhounds she is living with go out too.  

I'm glad she's doing better!

    They are such beautiful dogs! I hope Lissa continues to progress with her new family!

    Thanks for the update Karen. I hope for a happy future for Lissa. I'm sure that her adoptive parents will do all they can so that she'll adjust over time. JB

    Wonderful news! It's so sad to think of dogs suffering emotionally...they can't tell us what's wrong and what they need. I'm glad she has the comfort of her brother to help her enter more fully into a good life.
