Meet 'Templeton', my new foster pup!!
He is only 8 weeks old!! His mommy was pregnant and suffering at Indianapolis Animal Control when rescued by a local group called,
Mended Hearts Indy.
Shortly after her rescue, momma gave birth to a litter of mixed Boxer/Pittbull pups. Some have been adopted, one is off to puppy school for some work and Templeton is with me!
My best buddy next door, Bella, is checking out Templeton playing on my new deck. She doesn't think I need a dog as she thinks I am all hers!!
Here he is chilling out in the kitchen with his new toys and blankie.
And now he's learning how to text with Mr. Fix It.
I don't think I will be fostering Templeton very long. He was the 'hit' of the neighborhood last night and even had a serious inquiry about adoption!
Will keep you all posted!!
YAY! So glad you found someone to give some loving to.
ReplyDeleteOh he is too cute...but such a little guy still. I'll bet you're having fun with him!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie. He will be snapped up quickly I bet.
ReplyDeleteHe's adorable. My bet is that he will find a nice home in a jiffy. He hasn't learned any bad behaviors yet I bet. JB
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie. Looks like he has a little rottie in him. I so hope he gets a wonderful home.
ReplyDeleteHe is just so much fun! I think he 'might' find a home across the street from me, they are thinking about it. That would be nice to be able to see him as he grows. He does look a bit Rottie for sure. Could be, no idea what the dad is, just mom. She's a boxer/pitt mix so we are calling him a designer breed....the Boxit!

ReplyDeleteNot supporting 'designer dogs' which he is not anyway! Just having a fun with an adorable puppy!

ReplyDeleteHe is just too cute!!! Bella, however, is the one who would totally steal my heart!
Pug hugs :)

I wish you a successful adoption...quickly. He looks awfully good on Mr Fix It's lap.
ReplyDeletePuppies always melt my heart a little. This darling will get adopted in no time I'm sure.
ReplyDeleteTEMPLETON, what a cute name! What a sweet boy, he looks mighty fine sitting next to Mr. Fix-It. I just want to add what a wonderul job you do fostering these dogs, my hat is off to you and others who give so generously. Hugs from Maine, Julie.
ReplyDeleteHe is adorable, and I am sure he won't be a foster for long! I don't think too many people can resist that face!
ReplyDeleteGail, Julie and all...Mr. Fix It likes him a lot! Just hope the right family comes along to adopt him, he is so sweet. I am having so much fun with him!
