My New Foster!

Meet 'Templeton', my new foster pup!!

He is only 8 weeks old!!  His mommy was pregnant and suffering at Indianapolis Animal Control when rescued by a local group called,
Mended Hearts Indy.

Shortly after her rescue, momma gave birth to a litter of mixed Boxer/Pittbull pups.  Some have been adopted, one is off to puppy school for some work and Templeton is with me!

My best buddy next door, Bella, is checking out Templeton playing on my new deck.  She doesn't think I need a dog as she thinks I am all hers!!

Here he is chilling out in the kitchen with his new toys and blankie.

And now he's learning how to text with Mr. Fix It.

I don't think I will be fostering Templeton very long.  He was the 'hit' of the neighborhood last night and even had a serious inquiry about adoption!

Will keep you all posted!!

  6. He is just so much fun! I think he 'might' find a home across the street from me, they are thinking about it. That would be nice to be able to see him as he grows. He does look a bit Rottie for sure. Could be, no idea what the dad is, just mom. She's a boxer/pitt mix so we are calling him a designer breed....the Boxit!
